Free searchesIt is necessary to create an account to be able to conduct searches.
Free searches show whether a name is in the database and how many records there are in association with that name. There is a 20 free name search limit. Upgrading to paid access from only $15.00 +GST for 2 hours of unlimited searches is then necessary to see record details. |

What the records showDifferent court types (Magistrates/Local, District, County and Supreme) in different states can show different information.
The CDA Knowledge Base provides full details of what can expected in every court type in every state. Screenshots are also provided. Click below on either the criminal or civil links and then on the state of interest. For a full list of all the various courts covered by the CDA Database for both criminal and civil matters, click this link. |
Database AlertsAlerts can be created in the CDA Database for a person's name or a that of a business.
After creating an Alert, you will receive an email whenever a future record for that same name is added to the database. This is an ideal option if you want to keep track of any new records for one or more people and/or companies. Any registered user (paid or unpaid) of the CDA database can create an Alert. |
Other court list data providersCourt Data Australia is totally unique in the scope and depth of the criminal and civil court list records provided.
Unless a data provider has access to our API (only a very select few do*), then they are simply unable to provide the same extent of court list information. CDA obtains data from over 46 different criminal and civil courts and tribunals. Our oldest records go back to 2012. Other data providers will have fully automated systems to capture the 'low hanging fruit' (the better formatted online records), but CDA goes the extra distance in getting every single available record, even where it is necessary to do that manually. * Contact us and ask whether your data provider has access to our API. |
