​CDA data is provided exclusively for research purposes and is an accurate representation of current and historic data provided by Australian courts in their daily court lists on the date of publication.  It includes all persons involved in the matter, as per the published case title. Nothing adverse should be assumed by any name being in the database.

The total records number is updated daily at 6.30 pm AEST

Court Data New Zealand + Papua New Guinea

The CDA Database now includes search options for NZ & PNG court list records.

The New Zealand records are from 2018 onwards and are for the:

• New Zealand Supreme Court
• Court of Appeal

The Papua New Guinea records are from 2012 onwards and are for the: 

• Supreme Court
• National Court
